Administrator

Maintenance AADServer

A program entry will be made in the Administrative section of the Start menu of the system.

All Operational settings are done using Maintenance AADServer.

Windows 11: Maintenance AADServer

In case of Windows 11, Maintenance AADServer can be found in "Windows Tools":

Logging Folder

There are no differences between the 32 and 64 bits versions of AADS Terminal Server, except where some files are installed on drive C:
Example:

The 32 bits version of AADS Terminal Server stores the logging in the folder:

c:\program files\aadserver\logging


The 64 bits version of AADS Terminal Server stores the logging in the folder: 

c:\programdata\aadserver\logging

Screen Saver settings

An entry is created in the "Accessories" menu for "Screen Saver Settings":

  

Default Screen Saver settings for Windows Server are as follows:

These default Windows Server Screen Saver settings are applied in case AADS is used on any version of Windows.

 

Taskbar settings

For reasons unknown it is not always possible to do "Taskbar Settings" by doing a right-click-mouse on the Taskbar (applicable to Windows 10 and Server 2016/2019...),
a tool and shortcut for "Taskbar Settings" is placed in the "Accessories" menu:

  

 

Calculator

The new UWP calculator in Windows 10/11 and Server 2016/2019/2022 is not everybody's favorite calculator.
A "classic" version of Microsoft Calculator is installed, and shortcut is placed in the "Accessories" menu:
