$aad Apply Restrict Control

This Special Application Control Directive overrules the global setting. When the global setting is set to “Apply relaxed Application control”, then this Special Application Control Directive does overrule that, and apply strict Application control to an User or Group.

Example

• The User "POS10" has only 1 visible assigned application , a Point Of Sale application.
  • When an user has only 1 visible assigned application, after the login of the user, this 1 application will be started and will be shown full screen.
  • When an user has only 1 visible assigned application, and this application terminates, the user will be logged off and the RDP session will be ended.
• The directive "$aad Apply Strict Control" makes sure that nothing else can be started.
