Shipping / Product Delivery

When you place an order, and after the full payment has been received, the Invoice, Product and License Number is shipped to you by email and digital download.
You will receive 2 emails, containing:

1. Invoice
2. License Number(s) and Download Links to the Product(s).

Invoice

The first email you will receive contains the Invoice in PDF format.

At any moment you can again receive a copy of your Invoice by email, using the Invoice procedure.

License Number and Download Links

The second email you will receive contains the License Number(s) in TXT format, and Download Links to the product(s).

At any moment you can again receive an email with the License Number(s) and Download links to the product(s), using the Download / License History procedure.

Your email address is important

When you place an order for our product(s), you will have to enter an email address. This email address is important, because the Invoice, Download links for the product and License number(s) are sent to this email address. Therefore, be sure to enter "your email address" correctly when placing an AADS order.
