On an AADS Terminal Server it should not be possible for Users to shut down or reboot the AADS Terminal Server. This can be disabled.
Start Maintenance Control and click on Advanced Settings:
Go to "User Rights Assignment" and search the policy key "Shut down the system":
Default the group "Users" is allowed to Shut Down or Reboot the system.
Remove the group "Users". Optional: do also remove the other groups if you want only the Administrators to Reboot or Shut Down the system:
After doing this settings, sometimes one have to reboot the AADS Terminal Server before this settings becomes active.
