Internet Explorer 11, running on Windows 10

The built-in webserver of AADS Terminal Server can be used with Internet Explorer 11 running on Windows 10.

 

First time: Allow Add-on:

The first time the user connect to the AADS Terminal Server, the following popup might be shown:

Click on "Allow".

 

Manage Add-ons

Check to verify that "Microsoft Terminal Services Client Control" is enabled:

 

IE Compatibility View

Using the "Tool - shaped" button, the user must "add" the AADServer to the list of servers for "Compatibility View ".
Select "Compatibility View " settings" in the following menu:

The following screen will be shown:

Click on "Add". In this example the IP Address of the AADS Terminal Server is "added".

 

"Add" the AADServer to the "Local intranet Zone"

 

Connect to the AADServer

When connecting to the AADServer a full white desktop is initially shown (and no hint about what you should do...)

Click on the "white space" and a popup about clipboard or other settings does appear.

Click on "Connect" and the Remote Desktop will be shown:
