Enter a name, and click on "Generate Client". Result will be the creation of a Client Certificate with this name.
You can generate a separate Certificate- and Key pair for each individual. You can also choose to generate a “functional user” Certificate- and Key pair, like 1 pair for Sales-employees.
Each employee of the Sales department will be using the same Client Certificate.
If auditing is important, you should generate separate Client Certificates for each user, such that based on the logfiles it is clear which user has done what and when.
Using the Delete Client button, a Certificate- and Key pair of the selected user will be deleted. Any user that has this Certificate- and Key pair, will not be able any more to establish a connection with the AADS Terminal Server.
“Replace” is most likely the best option when distributing Client Setup Builds to “normal” users.
The option “Merge” can be used, for example, by the Administrator. When he has to administrate multiple different AADS Terminal Servers from customers, for each AADS Terminal Server of each customer he can do a Client Setup Build with the merge option, resulting in a big set of SSL certificates on his own client PC, such that he can work on each of the AADS Terminal Servers.
A right-mouse click on the column headers shows a popup menu with various "sort" options.
The Administrator can enter a "search" string, and do an "next" and "previous" search on this string.
The Default RDP Settings will be included in the Client Build. When the User starts AADS Client for the first time, these default settings will be used by the Client software.
