Windows and CHM

• Every Windows version is able to view the contents of a CHM-file, provided that the file is located on a local disk .
• CHM-files which are located on a network-drive are not viewable in Windows.
• Security settings on Windows, or Policy Settings, or Anti Virus software might prevent you from opening a CHM file:
